Client Solution – Before & After

We supplied a customized solution to a client for their process technology requirements. The client was facing a major challenge due to the unavailability of critical spare parts for old Chinese machinery, as these components were no longer available in the market following the shutdown of Chinese supply channels.
Sourcing the required spare parts from India or China had become nearly impossible, which posed a serious risk to the client’s ongoing operations.
Our engineering team conducted a detailed study of the existing process, functional parameters, and the client’s specific operational requirements. Based on this understanding, we designed and developed a newly engineered solution in an alternative format that could seamlessly replace the original component.
The redesigned solution was developed without compromising on product quality, fittings, or functional performance, ensuring smooth processing and reliable operation.
